Description

Clavam 625 is a combination antibiotic that contains Amoxicillin (500 mg) and Clavulanic Acid (125 mg), used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. Amoxicillin is a penicillin-like antibiotic that works by killing bacteria, while Clavulanic Acid inhibits beta-lactamase, an enzyme that some bacteria produce to resist antibiotics. This combination increases the effectiveness of Amoxicillin against resistant bacteria and helps treat infections like sinusitis, pneumonia, urinary tract infections (UTIs), and skin infections.
